Here you will find answers to all of your questions regarding placing secure orders through PayPal at the Aluminum Air Force.

Note: To receive your plans files as quickly as possible, it is recommended you create an account when placing your order

Question: How can I access the plans files I’ve ordered?

Answer: Once you place an order for a build it yourself plans file, you should first receive an order conformation that looks like the following:

Once your order has processed, you should then receive an email with a link to your download file(s):

Your purchase will be active for 48 hours OR two completed download download attempts. If you do not receive any emails regarding your order WITHIN 24 hours, please check your spam filter.

Question: What should I do if I don’t receive any emails regarding my build it yourself plans files purchases?

Answer: When you place an order with Soda Can Models and create an account during the checkout process, you can log back in and check your orders under the My Account tab. Any pending orders will look like the following:

You can then download your file(s) from the My Account page once you are logged in to your account. If you are unable to login to the My Account page or you have NOT received your email order confirmation or completed order emails and have checked your spam filter, please email our sales team at  aluminumairforce.com  for further assistance.

Question: I placed an order for a build it yourself plans file and now I can’t access my account. What happened?

Answer: When placing an order you MUST check the box next to create an account and enter a password to complete the account creation process.

Question: I ordered a built model. How long will it take for my order to be complete.

Answer: Built models usually take anywhere from 5-10 days to complete depending on our pending workload and the type of model purchased. During the holidays, this time frame can increase slightly due to the influx of orders. If your order is going to take longer or be delayed, you will receive an email from our sales team letting you know when we expect your order to be completed.

Question: I am looking to have a custom model built from a certain type of cans and I don’t see what I want on your website. What do I do?

Answer: Contact our sales team at the aluminumairforce.com. We take custom orders all the time and we have built many different types of models that are not listed on the website. We can also build models to a specific scale or size to accommodate your needs.
